We will be looking for Apprentices to join the Academy to begin Apprenticeship courses in;

• Food Production & Cooking


• Professional Cookery (Preparation & Cooking)


• Professional Cookery


• Hospitality Services

The 'Total Academy' has been developed to solve a need for high quality Hospitality & Catering staff in the North-West.

Every Apprentice that enrols with Blue Training UK can be guaranteed to receive the highest level of support possible and will be in a position to make an immediate impact on any business in which they are successfully employed.

The Total Academy will achieve the following;

• Produce work ready apprenticeships


• Give Apprentices superior technical skills


• Increase the commercial awareness


• Identify the people that really are passionate about a career within Hospitality

The 'Total Academy' is aimed at anybody aged under 19, looking for an exciting new career or simply to enhance their skills within their chosen profession.

All of the courses will result in the Apprentice achieving a Level 2 qualification in their chosen area, however, Blue Training UK will continue to work with any Apprentice looking to achieve a Level 3 qualification (In order to study towards a Level 3 qualification the learner must first achieve Level 2).
